To distinguish between them, smell it (again, it's formaldehyde) to prevent counterfeit or inferior resin glue, or perhaps even no resin glue at all.
7. Identify whether Henan office furniture is real solid wood
Identifying solid wood is simple. Look at the grain. Solid wood has a natural grain. Then, examine the edges (check for seams to prevent veneer). Regarding paint: First, look for brightness (to determine whether it's brushed, baked, or paint-free). Brushed paint, also known as artificial paint, comes in two types: brushed and sprayed. Brushed paint is primarily for wood with grain, while clear paint is for clear colors. Sprayed paint is primarily for pure colors. The glossiness is barely noticeable, and the finish feels too smooth because it was buffed with gauze. Paint-free wood has little gloss, isn't very bright, and has unsightly textures. Baked paint, considered the worst quality, is generally considered the best, both in terms of gloss and feel. The key to distinguishing between these two is color and gloss. The color should be pure and have a uniform brightness. As for style, it depends on the overall color palette of your home. Generally, a room shouldn't have more than three or four main colors, otherwise it will look cluttered and look like a public space.
8. Check the size of each component
Check for accurate dimensions and regular shapes. Check for tilted drawers or door frames, crooked mortises, oversized mortises, loose tenons, and other poor workmanship. Wooden office furniture should be complete and stable. When the doors are opened 90 degrees and gently pulled forward, the cabinet should not automatically tip forward.
