Free Shipping within the USA
- All orders within the USA qualify for free shipping, excluding accessory-only orders.
Note: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping to Canada
- We also ship to Canada, but additional international shipping fees will apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

- Port Arrival: 12-13 working days
- Truck Delivery: 7-13 working days (Truck companies do not deliver on weekends)

Once your order is picked up by the trucking company, we will send you a tracking number via email. Tracking information will be updated one business day later (excluding weekends). If you have not received your order, please contact us for assistance.

If any product you purchased from our website arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped to you promptly. Once the new product is ready, we'll provide you with the tracking number. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged product and any relevant details to help us expedite the process.
If you discover any quality issues with your product upon receipt, please contact us right away. Upon receiving your message, we'll address the issue promptly and provide you with a satisfactory response. Please include a detailed description of the issue and any supporting photos or videos to help us understand and resolve the problem quickly.
Order Cancellation:
The order can be cancelled or changed within 3 hours, and we will not charge any fees during this period;
If the order is cancelled cancelled or changed within 3-24 hours, we will only refund 95% of the amount;
If the order is cancelled cancelled or changed within 24 hours before production begins, we will only refund 90% of the amount.

Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Custom or personalized products and sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
