We offer logo customization for select products. If you have a specific item in mind that you'd like to personalize with your logo, feel free to reach out to our team—we'll be happy to confirm availability and guide you through the details.

If the order is cancelled within 2 hours, we will cancel it free of charge.
If the order is cancelled between 2 and 24 hours, we will only refund 95% of the amount.
If the order is cancelled after 24 hours after payment and before production starts, we will only refund 90% of the amount.
If the order is custom made, it will not be possible to change or cancel the order once production starts.
