There are two ways to enter the location where the b file will be stored:

(1) Manual input. In this method, the file storage location and the input location must be consistent.

(2) Intelligent input. Enter the file barcode, then the name, category, etc. However, the area number, column number, layer number, section number, and left and right position do not need to be entered. All files can be arranged in any order. After the files are arranged, they can be updated at once, and the software will intelligently find the location you placed them.

Click File Management → Batch Update → Start Batch Update

This solution requires support from peripheral devices, such as barcode printers and data collectors.

5. Intelligent compact shelving file query

The software offers seven different search criteria: barcode, file name, category, department, storage location, and time. Simply enter any of these criteria and click Start Search. Click Open, and the software will locate and open the compact shelving where the file is stored.
