1. Structure

1. The compact file shelving is a parallel ground track and column type compact file shelving.

2. Dimensions: 2400mm × 900mm × 550mm per section. Adjust the shelf height vertically along the columns. Install the drive system, anti-fall device, and block. Choosing the right dimensions is crucial for ease of use.

3. Adjust the height of the shelf along the vertical direction of the column; install the transmission system, anti-fall device and block, etc.

4. The archive compact shelving consists of front and back guard plates, supporting columns, shelves for placing archive materials, door panels, crank system, chassis system, transmission system, and dustproof system.

5. The side columns and middle columns are evenly used as double-sided columns.

6. The side rows can be fixed at both ends (with locks) and shaken in the middle; or the middle row can be fixed (with locks) and shaken on both sides.

2. Materials

1. The steel plate must be made of Shanghai Baosteel's high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel plate.

2. The selection of other types of materials must comply with the corresponding material standards.

3. All standard parts are galvanized.

3. Appearance

1. The assembled file shelving must not have any permanent deformation that affects the appearance and performance.

2. The installation of each part should be firm and reliable, and no looseness is allowed.

3. All parts that need to be welded must be welded firmly, the deformation caused by welding must be corrected, and the welding surface corrugation must be uniform and flat.

4. No cracks are allowed on the surface of stamping parts.

5. After all rows are shaken together, they should be aligned and the gaps between them should be uniform. After installing the sealing strips, shake them together and there should be no gaps. The allowable deviation of the front flatness is plus or minus 3 mm, and the allowable deviation of the back flatness is plus or minus 3 mm.

4. Surface treatment

1. The surface treatment of the compact filing shelving is plastic spraying. The treatment process is as follows: degreasing with emulsifiers and alkaline additives, rust removal with phosphating acid, zinc thin-film phosphating and passivation, and finally powder coating. The process is hot water degreasing at 55-65 degrees Celsius, cold water rinsing, cold water rinsing, neutralization, surface conditioning, hot phosphating at 35-45 degrees Celsius, cold water rinsing, heat passivation at 55-65 degrees Celsius, electrostatic matte powder coating, and curing at 180 degrees Celsius.

2. The factory logo color is matte spray-painted white.

3. The high-power air compression system ensures that the workpiece has effective pressure during electrostatic spraying, so that the plastic powder can be evenly sprayed on the surface, inside and dark corners of the workpiece.

4. A three-stage precision filtration system is used to ensure that the air is purified during spraying, free of water droplets, oil stains, and dust, so as to achieve stronger adhesion of plastic powder to the workpiece and also make the surface smooth and flat.

5. The coating does not contain heavy metals or volatile organic compounds and complies with European ROHS standards.

6. The surface should be made of high-quality matte electrostatic spray paint with a paint film thickness of 60-70μm, impact resistance of 60kg/cm2, spray plastic hardness>0.4, and adhesion meeting level 1 requirements.

5. Product performance

1. Partition load: A reinforcing rib is required on the back of the partition. The uniform load on the partition is 60 kg and the maximum uniform load is 80 kg. After being placed for 24 hours, the maximum deflection is less than 4 mm. Two hours after unloading, there should be no cracks on the shelf and the residual deformation should be less than 0.3 mm.

2. Under full load, the frame and the uprights will not be obviously deformed, and the frame will not tip over.

3. Under full load, each row of compact cabinets should move freely without any obstruction.

4. The structural strength of each standard column is such that when fully loaded, the frame is stable and the structural components do not deform.

5. No-load stability of each standard column: When the high-rise door of each standard section is fully opened 90 degrees, the frame should not tilt.

6. Assembly

1. After each column is assembled, the gap between the upper, middle and lower guard plates shall not exceed 1.5 mm.

2. The transmission mechanism should rotate flexibly and in a balanced manner without any malfunction.

3. When single-row archive compact shelving is in operation, the shaking force of the handle of each standard row shall not exceed 2.5 kg. If the row is longer than the standard row, the shaking force of the handle shall be appropriately increased.

4. There is no deformation of the structural parts and frames, and the frames are not tilted.
