I. Maintenance and upkeep of warehouse racking equipment

Equipment maintenance refers to the care and protection of equipment's mechanical performance and technical condition through general methods such as wiping, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment. The requirements for equipment maintenance mainly include four aspects:

(1) Clean the inside and outside of the mining machinery. There should be no oil stains on the sliding surfaces, lead screws, racks, gearboxes, oil holes, etc. There should be no oil or air leakage in any part. The mechanical engineer should clean up the chips, debris and dirt around the equipment.

(2) Tools, accessories, and workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipes and lines should be organized;

(3) Good lubrication, timely oiling or oil changing, no oil supply, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, bright oil level, unobstructed oil passage, oil quality meets Tianjin Machinery requirements, and oil gun, oil cup and oil felt are clean.

(4) Safety: Comply with safe operating procedures, do not overload the equipment, ensure the equipment's safety features are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate unsafe factors. Equipment maintenance generally includes daily maintenance, periodic maintenance, periodic inspections, and precision checks. Maintenance of the equipment's lubrication and cooling systems is also an important part of equipment maintenance. Daily maintenance of washing machinery is the foundation of equipment maintenance and must be systematized and standardized.

For regular maintenance of equipment, work quotas and material consumption quotas should be established, and performance should be assessed according to these quotas. Regular equipment maintenance should be included in the assessment of the workshop's contract responsibility system. Regular equipment inspection is a planned preventative inspection in the machinery industry. Inspection methods include not only human senses but also specific inspection tools and instruments, and should be carried out according to a regular inspection card. Regular inspections with the aid of mechanical drawing software are called regular spot checks. Precision checks should also be performed on mechanical equipment to determine the actual level of precision. Equipment maintenance should be carried out according to the Qingdao Machinery Maintenance Procedures. Equipment maintenance procedures are the requirements and regulations for daily equipment maintenance. Adhering to these procedures can extend the service life of equipment and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment. Their main contents should include:

(1) The equipment must be neat, clean, sturdy, lubricated, corrosion-resistant, and safe. The work content, work methods, tools and materials used, standards and precautions to be met;

(2) Routine inspection and maintenance of solar-powered machinery, and the location, methods and standards for periodic inspections;

(3) Inspect and evaluate the content and methods of operators maintaining equipment, such as glass machinery.

II. Three-level maintenance system for equipment

The three-level maintenance system is a maintenance and repair system that my country began to develop and refine in the mid-1960s, based on the experience gained from the Soviet Union's planned pre-repair system. It reflects the shift in the focus of equipment maintenance management in my country from repair to maintenance, demonstrating the progress of equipment maintenance management and a clearer emphasis on prevention. The three-level maintenance system includes: daily maintenance, first-level maintenance, and second-level maintenance. It is a mandatory maintenance system primarily based on operator responsibility, focusing on protection and maintenance, and is an effective way to improve equipment maintenance. It relies on the masses, fully utilizes their enthusiasm, and combines professional and mass efforts to ensure effective equipment maintenance.

(I) Daily maintenance of equipment. Daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and weekly mechanical maintenance, also known as daily routine maintenance and weekly routine maintenance.

1. Daily maintenance is carried out by the equipment operator on duty, and the following four things should be done before the shift, five things to pay attention to during the shift, and four things to do after the shift. (1) Four things to do before the shift: digest the drawings and check the handover record. Wipe the equipment and lubricate it according to the regulations. Check whether the handle position and manual operation parts are correct and flexible, and whether the safety devices are reliable. Check whether the transmission is normal and whether the lubrication and cooling are unobstructed during low-speed operation. (2) Five things to pay attention to during the shift: pay attention to the operating sound, temperature, pressure, liquid level, electro-hydraulic mechanical pneumatic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, instrument signals, and whether the safety fuse is normal. (3) Four things to do after the shift: turn off the switch and put all handles to the zero position. Remove iron filings and dirt, wipe the oil stains on the guide rail surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the work site and organize the accessories and tools. Fill in the Tianjin mechanical handover record and the operating time record, and complete the handover procedures.

2. Weekly maintenance is performed by equipment operators at the end of each week. The maintenance time is 2 hours for general equipment and 4 hours for precision, large and rare equipment. (1) Clean the equipment guide rails, transmission parts and exposed parts, and clean the work site. The inside and outside should be clean without dead corners or rust, and the surrounding environment should be clean. (2) Check the technical condition of each part of the transmission mechanism, tighten loose parts, and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlock and safety devices. The transmission sound should be normal and the machine should be safe and reliable. (3) Clean the hydraulic lubrication oil line, dustproof felt and oil filter, add oil or change oil in the oil tank. Check the hydraulic system to ensure that the oil is clean, the oil circuit is unobstructed, there is no leakage and no scratches. (4) Wipe the surface of the motor and the snake hose of the electrical system, check the insulation and grounding, and ensure that the machine is complete, clean and reliable.
