IV. Instructions for Using Intelligent Mobile Shelving Software
1. Software settings
Click on the mobile shelving settings in the interface. This setting is the basic configuration for connecting the software and hardware.
→Add →Enter →Confirm
After entering the information, click OK.
2. Software Operation
Turn on the software by pressing the power button at the top. Select the area code you want to open in the upper left corner of the software, then double-click the column number you want to operate on. The hardware will then execute the command. Commands such as "Close," "Stop," and "Disable" at the top of the software can be accessed by clicking.
Humidity, temperature, and whether there are people inside the mobile shelving unit will all be displayed on the interface.
3. User Settings
This setting primarily serves local area network (LAN) operations.
Click User Settings → Add → Enter → Confirm. For detailed usage instructions, please refer to the LAN solution.
4. Data entry
Click on the file list → Add → Enter → Confirm
A barcode can be directly entered using a barcode scanner.
There are two methods for entering the storage location in file b:
(1) Manual data entry. This method requires that the location where the file is stored and the location where it is entered be consistent.
(2) Intelligent Input. Enter the file barcode, then the name, category, etc. However, the area code, column number, layer number, section number, and left/right position do not need to be entered. All files can be arranged in no particular order. After the files are arranged, you can update them all at once, and the software will intelligently find the location you placed them in.
Click File Management → Batch Update → Start Batch Update
This solution requires peripheral equipment support, such as barcode printers and data collectors.
5. Intelligent mobile shelving file retrieval
Click on the file list → Show search
The software offers seven different search criteria: barcode, file name, category, department, storage location, and time. Simply provide any one of these criteria and click "Start Search." Clicking the "Open" button will locate and open the mobile shelving unit where the file is stored.
6. File borrowing
Click on the file list → File Borrowing → Enter → Confirm
a. Enter the file name, borrower, return date, and quantity.
Once a file is checked out, the total number of files in the file list will be automatically reduced. The borrowing information will then be generated in the borrowing list.
b. Information about overdue borrowed items will be automatically displayed in the borrowing list.
7. Return of Archives
Click on the borrowing list → File return → Enter → Confirm
