Manual mobile filing cabinets play an increasingly important role in the management of massive amounts of data today. Large enterprises and their logistics management departments all require mobile filing cabinets because they are convenient to use and easy to manage. Therefore, mobile filing cabinets are indispensable for every company. Thus, it is necessary for everyone to learn about mobile filing cabinets. Below, the editor from Henan Huadu Times Furniture will give you a general explanation of the six basic knowledge points of manual mobile filing cabinets!
I. Structure
1. The mobile shelving unit is a parallel ground track, column type mobile shelving unit.
2. Specifications and dimensions: 2400mm × 900mm × 550mm per section. The shelf height is adjustable along the vertical direction of the uprights; a transmission system, anti-tipping device, and stops are installed. Choosing the right specifications and dimensions is essential for convenient use!
3. Adjust the height of the shelf along the vertical direction of the column; install the transmission system, anti-tipping device and stop, etc.
4. The mobile shelving unit consists of front and back protective panels, supporting columns, shelves for placing archives, doors, a crank system, a chassis system, a transmission system, and a dustproof system.
5. The side columns and middle columns are all double-sided.
6. The side columns can be fixed at both ends (with locks) and the middle column can be rocked; or the middle column can be fixed (with locks) and the sides can be rocked.
II. Materials
1. The steel plate must be a high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel plate from Shanghai Baosteel.
2. The selection of other types of materials must comply with the corresponding material standards.
3. All standard parts are made of galvanized steel.
III. Appearance
1. The assembled filing cabinet must not have any permanent deformation that affects its appearance and performance.
2. All parts should be installed firmly and reliably, and no looseness is allowed.
3. All parts that need to be welded must be firmly welded, and any deformation caused by welding must be corrected. The welded surface should have uniform ripples and be flat.
4. Cracks are not allowed on the surface of stamped parts.
5. After all columns are closed, they should be neatly aligned, with uniform gaps between them. After installing the sealing strip, there should be no gaps when closed. The allowable deviation for the flatness of the front side is ±3 mm, and the allowable deviation for the flatness of the back side is ±3 mm.
6. A nameplate should be installed on the side panel of the manual filing cabinet. This nameplate should include: a. Product name and model; b. Registered trademark; c. Manufacturer's name and date of manufacture.
IV. Surface Treatment
1. The surface treatment of the filing cabinet is powder coating. The process is as follows: degreasing with emulsifier and alkaline additives, rust removal with phosphating acid, zinc coating film phosphating and passivation, and finally powder coating. The process involves: hot water degreasing at 55-65 degrees Celsius – cold water rinsing – cold water rinsing – neutralization – surface conditioning – hot phosphating at 35-45 degrees Celsius – cold water rinsing – hot passivation at 55-65 degrees Celsius – electrostatic matte powder coating – curing at 180 degrees Celsius.
2. The factory logo is matte powder-coated white.
3. A high-power air compression system ensures that the workpiece has effective pressure during electrostatic powder coating, so that the powder can be evenly sprayed onto the surface, inside and dark corners of the workpiece.
4. A three-stage precision filtration system is used to ensure that the air is purified during spraying, with no water droplets, oil stains, or dust, so that the powder adheres better to the workpiece and the surface is smooth and flat.
5. The coating is free of heavy metals and volatile organic compounds, and complies with European RoHS standards.
6. The surface should be coated with high-quality matte electrostatic powder coating, with a film thickness of 60-70μm, an impact resistance of 60kg/cm2, a plastic hardness >0.4, and an adhesion of Grade 1.
V. Product Performance
1. Shelf load-bearing capacity: A reinforcing rib must be added to the back of the shelf. The shelf is evenly loaded with 60 kg, and the maximum even load is 80 kg. After 24 hours of placement, the maximum deflection is less than 4 mm. After unloading, the shelf must not have cracks and the residual deformation is less than 0.3 mm within 2 hours.
2. Under full load, the frame and uprights will not deform significantly, and the frame will not tilt.
3. Under full load, each row of mobile shelving units should move freely without any obstruction.
4. Under full load, the structural strength of each standard column is strong, the frame is stable, and the structural components do not deform.
5. Stability of each standard column under no-load: When the high-rise doors of each standard section are fully opened to 90 degrees, the frame should not tilt.
VI. Assembly
1. After each column is assembled, the gap at the joint of the upper, middle and lower guard plates shall not exceed 1.5 mm.
2. The transmission mechanism should rotate flexibly and in a balanced manner, and there should be no malfunctions.
3. When operating a single-column filing cabinet, the cranking force of each standard column handle should not exceed 2.5 kg. If the column length is longer than the standard column, the cranking force of the handle should be increased appropriately.
4. All structural components and the frame are free from deformation, and the frame is not tilted.
