Maintenance and Material Introduction of Huadu Apartment Beds

An apartment bed consists of a bed frame, metal frame, bookcase, wardrobe, desk, and ladder. The bookcase and wardrobe are connected to the inside of the bed legs. The desk connects the bookcase and wardrobe. A ladder is installed at one end of the bed frame with the bookcase, and a guardrail is located at the other end of the bed frame on the same side as the ladder. The desk has a keyboard tray and drawers under the desktop. Because the bed is a three-dimensional space combination, it not only saves space but also looks neat and beautiful, and is easy to manage. Apartment bed/metal frame maintenance: 1. Do not jump on the bed to avoid excessive force on a single point, which can damage the springs. 2. 2. Crossbeam: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet rolled by a special forming line. Its facade is hollow and irregularly shaped. It cannot be made of square tube or off-center tube. There are two reinforcing ribs on the front. The dimensions of the facade after forming are 60*40mm and the material thickness is 1.2mm.

3. Guardrail: Made of high-quality tubing with a thickness of 1.0mm and a length of at least 1.2 meters, with a height level with the top edge of the iron bed.

4. Bed board support: Constructed with five high-quality square tubes, each 20*30*1.0mm thick.

5. Staircase: Made of 20*30mm square tubing with a material thickness of 1.2mm. The treads are made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet and have a textured surface to prevent slipping.

6. Mosquito net pole: Made of high-quality tubing with a thickness of 1.0mm and a rubber stopper at the top.

7. The iron bed section is welded using carbon dioxide shielded welding. The iron plate surface is degreased, derusted, phosphated, electrostatically powder-coated, and cured at high temperature.

8. The entire bed is connected using hooks (made of 2.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet pressed by a mold), and cannot be connected with screws. <2> Wardrobe + Computer Desk: The main body of the wardrobe is made of 0.8mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, and the tabletop is made of 25mm thick melamine board. The main body consists of a wardrobe, a computer desk, and a bookshelf. The wardrobe is equipped with one shelf and one hanging rod. The metal surfaces are treated with degreasing, rust removal, pickling, phosphating, etc., and then electrostatic powder coating is applied. All cabinet bottoms are equipped with adjustable feet to prevent moisture.
