Circuit and control system fault self-diagnosis and information feedback function

The intelligent mobile shelving system is simple to operate and use, with voice prompts throughout the process.

a) Open the intelligent mobile shelving

Clicking the "Open" button on the main screen of any column's LCD screen will open the mobile shelving unit in that column. At this time, a voice prompt will be given, and the LCD screen will display a moving image as follows:

b) Close the intelligent mobile shelving unit.

Clicking the "Close" button on the main screen of any column's LCD screen will close all the mobile shelving units in that area. At this time, a voice prompt will be given, and the LCD screen will display a motion picture.

c) Ventilation

This operation can only be performed on the fixed-row LCD screen and the computer in the control room.

Clicking the "Ventilation" button on the fixed column LCD screen or computer will ventilate the mobile shelving unit in that area. If the fixed column is in the middle of two areas, you need to select which area to ventilate.

When ventilating, the mobile shelving unit is opened evenly to allow air convection for the archives stored in it, which can prevent the archives from getting moldy in a humid environment.

d) Query

In the diagram: the denominator of the query results indicates the number of files existing at that location (corresponding column number, section number, group number, layer number), and the numerator indicates the current file's sequence number. The "Back" button returns to the query screen; the "Speed Up" button changes to "+10" and then "+100" after being clicked, allowing users to skip pages when there are many files at that location; the "Scroll Up" button scrolls to the previous file for the current sequence number; the "Scroll Down" button scrolls to the next file for the current sequence number; and the "Open" button allows users to remotely open the mobile shelving unit containing the file.

When a user operates on the computer and opens a retrieved file, information such as the file number and file name will be automatically displayed on the corresponding column's LCD screen. Once a user enters that column, a voice prompt will automatically announce the file's location.

e) Stopping midway

Tapping any point on the touchscreen in the motion display will temporarily stop the operation of the mobile shelving unit.

f) Mechanical locking

For safety reasons, the mobile shelving unit must not be operated when the mechanical lock is engaged. The mobile shelving unit will provide voice prompts during operation.

g) Security

Personnel entry and exit detection sensors for mobile shelving

This sensor is installed at the entrance of the mobile shelving unit and can detect personnel entering and exiting the unit. Note that operators must enter and exit through the mobile shelving unit entrance for the sensor to work correctly! The entry/exit speed detection is factory-calibrated to normal walking speed; if the speed is too fast, the sensor may not work correctly.
