5. Construction and Structure of Filing Cabinets

IV. Use of Mobile Filing Cabinets
Each row of the mobile filing cabinet has a locking switch installed at the top or bottom of the crank handle, and the first and last rows are equipped with mechanical locks.
When closing the entire column of mobile shelving, first use the key to open the main locks on both sides and ensure that the locking switches of each column are in the open position before cranking. The locking switch of the first column should ideally be kept in the open position during normal operation. Only switch it to the closed position when two or more people are retrieving files to secure the column to the track and prevent injury. Crank operation: Slowly crank until engaged, then increase the force. When cranking under full load, crank one or two columns at a time. If it cannot be cranked, check immediately whether each column switch is open or if there are any obstructions. If none of these conditions are present, do not crank forcefully, otherwise the crank may break. If a malfunction cannot be resolved by yourself, contact the manufacturer for consultation and request that they send personnel for inspection and repair.
Closing operation: After completing the document retrieval and reading work, ensure that the locking switch of each column is in the open position, then crank the handle to merge the column groups, and finally lock the main lock on both sides.
V. Introduction to Accounting Archive Filing Cabinets
