Steel filing cabinets are chosen by many companies due to their convenience, durability, and other characteristics. Of course, the production process of steel furniture must also meet certain standards and manufacturing processes. If you are not aware of these, let's learn about them together.

I. The production standards for steel filing cabinets shall comply with the People's Republic of China standards GB/3976-83 and GB/10356-898.

II. Steel Parts Manufacturing Process: From blanking, bending, welding, stamping and other processes, all are operated by professional production lines. During the production process, the next process inspects the quality of the products from the previous process, and unqualified semi-finished products are rejected in the next process, so as to achieve strict control at every level.

III. The surface treatment of steel parts adopts a new electrostatic powder coating process.

1. Process: High-temperature degreasing - cleaning (first time) - rust removal - (pickling) - cleaning (second time) - phosphate treatment - cleaning - drying - powder coating - curing at 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Inspection:

A. Surface powder coating adhesion strength test;

B. A one-kilogram steel ball can be dropped naturally from a height of 50 centimeters to impact the surface, and the surface will not peel off.

3. Features: The surface is smooth and sturdy, and it is not easy to peel off. After phosphate treatment, the inner wall of the steel pipe is well protected and not prone to rust. This reduces maintenance rate and extends product service life.

IV. Production Process Inspection Methods: All purchased raw materials must be inspected by designated personnel before entering the factory and warehousing. Any materials that do not meet the requirements will be rejected. Inferior materials must not be used to replace superior ones, and favoritism must be strictly prohibited. Inspection items include: measurement, pressure testing, bending testing, specific gravity, and surface smoothness.

Steel filing cabinets undergo rigorous quality control and inspection before entering the market, and their production process involves numerous steps. Only when each step is completed to a satisfactory standard can the final product be considered合格 (qualified). However, this does not mean that all steel filing cabinets entering the market are perfect. Careful inspection is necessary when purchasing to select high-quality furniture.
